Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please contact our Customer Care team before sending any items back. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be accepted.

Eligible Returns
Unopened fragrance items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including the packing slip.
Skincare and Haircare items are not eligible for return or exchange due to health and safety reasons
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded minus original shipping costs, gift wrapping charges, and a 20% restocking fee.
Items returned not in original condition or packaging are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable for undelivered packages, unclaimed packages or returned packages unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Final Sale Items
Skincare and Haircare products are final sale.
For hygiene and safety reasons, no refunds or exchanges are available for these items
