Return Policy
Due to health concerns, there will be absolutely no returns, refunds or exchanges on all fragrances, skincare and cosmetic items, regardless of whether the item has been opened/unopened and used/unused. Please select these items carefully.
However, in certain rare circumstances (such as shipping errors on our part) we will accept returns, provided the item remains completely unopened from the cellophane wrapping and/or box. Such returns must be made within 30 days. All such returns, credits and refunds are subject to approval by scentedroot.com. Prior to any such return, you must contact us to authorize the return and we will provide the best possible way to process the return.
We regret that we cannot accept returns or issue any credit on merchandise that has been opened and/or partially used. This also includes opening the plastic cellophane wrapping of perfume/cologne box.
Shipping charges will be the purchaser’s responsibility, except in cases where the error is from scentedroot.com
In the special circumstance where a return is authorized, please retain all postal and insurance receipts for your records. Any returned merchandise received in our warehouse without a proper authorization by scentedroot.com will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
If a coupon was applied toward the payment of your purchase, you will receive a refund or credit for only the portion of the purchase that you were charged for.
